I will use social media to promote your property. I will engage every facet of marketing, from print ads to direct mail. And as social media continues to evolve as an effective marketing tool, I will connect with thousands of potential buyers via Facebook, Twitter, LikedIn and Instagram to promote your property, broadening the audience exponentially.
I will gather feedback from Realtors and Buyers who have seen your home. I will provide you with progress reports as often as requested and will keep you in the loop every step of the way.
I negotiate for YOU. I negotiate as I would for my own property and I won’t be bullied or pressured to make a move you aren’t comfortable with. I do my best to negotiate for the most amount of money in the shortest amount of time possible.
