2012-06-20 18.03.42Buying a home is a big investment. Whether you’re upsizing, downsizing or investing, a well-planned strategy is key to finding the exceptional space you’ve been looking for.

One of my top priorities is to guide and support you throughout the entire experience so that when the time comes for that final decision, there is no second guessing. You know it’s the right move just as much as I do.

So why buy with me? Here is what you can count on when working with me:

I save you time. I preview properties on your behalf and screen what is or is not for you, saving you time and hassle. I can send you photos or video profiles of properties I’m seeing.

I keep it real. I review your financial considerations to match what you want with what you can afford and help you develop strategies to afford what you want. I guide you through the real costs of owning a home as well as all the expenses involved in the closing costs of your purchase. You’ll get nothing but straight talk and solid advice from our first meeting to the final handshake.

I see beyond the obvious. I look at a lot of properties on daily basis and can help you distinguish between the small stuff and things to actually worth worrying about. So you can see the true potential of a space beyond the bad paint and tacky furniture, because you can miss out on a gem without even knowing it.

I negotiate for YOU. When the time comes to make an offer, I won’t be bullied or pressured to make a move you aren’t comfortable with. I do my best to negotiate for the least amount of money in the shortest amount of time possible.

I’m obsessed with technology. I’m proud to belong to the new school of Real Estate. Translation – I’m a total technology nerd and can navigate through the fast, virtually paperless world with my eyes closed.
