How do you get through the grey, cold, sometimes brutally windy Toronto winter? Well, good food helps. Luckily living in a city full of amazing restaurants gives tons of options.
Winterlicous is the perfect excuse to come out of hibernation and discover something new in an affordable way. Here’s your chance to check out a restaurant that has been on your must-eat-there list. The Toronto annual culinary festival is set to kick off January 30th around the city and it’ll wrap up February 12th.
In it’s thirteenth year, this prix-fixe culinary celebration includes more than 200 top Toronto restaurants offer a three-course menu at three price categories (lunch $18, $23, $28 and dinner $25, $35, $45). Reservations are definitely recommended. Among the 200 restaurants, there are 25 first-time participants this year. A few noteworthy ones include Luckee at the SoHo Metropolitan Hotel, Cluny in Distillery District and The Saint Tavern in Ossington Village.
